Founder & CRO
Manjesh is the founder and CRO of BrokerInBlue. He has over 17 years of professional experience working with the likes of KFC and Dell and has since built a solid reputation in Bengaluru’s real estate network.
An expert himself in the existing and upcoming real estate projects of North Bengaluru, transparency and professionalism are traits he swears by and is known for. An avid biker, Manjesh loves exploring new cuisines and is ever curious to learn about new age technologies. He is married and thrilled about parenting his toddler daughters.
Bobby Sam
VP (Luxury Rentals & Sales)
Bobby handles the expats community business at Streetlight across both residential and commercial. He has dabbled in Sports Retail across Sales and Distribution with the likes of top brands like UCB and Reebok for over 25 years.
Bobby is a firm believer in “all round service” being the key to building and nurturing long lasting relationships. Being a Key Learner allows him to constantly find inroads to solving client requirements through a personalized approach. Bobby eagerly looks forward to weekend motorcycle rides and is an outdoor sports enthusiast.
Ara Rajput
VP (Luxury Rentals & Expat Relations)
At BiB, Ara is the face of “Luxury Rentals” and is known for her client-centric business practices. Having spent over 20 years as an Educator in the US, she made a conscious career shift to Real Estate from her base in San Antonio, TX, and is a Home Remodelling expert.
Her energy levels in conjunction with empathy are highly recognized and appreciated by our clientele. Ara is an active member of NAR and SABOR. She loves cooking and spends her free time exploring facets of spirituality.
Murali Madhavan
Sr. Manager - Residential
Murali began his professional career with a leading consumer durables retailer and moved on to Real Estate as he was thrilled about the prospects of the fast-growing realty sector in Bengaluru. With over 6 years of experience under his belt, Murali strongly believes in professional ethics and ensuring all-around support to his clientele.
Murali is an expert in residential rentals and resales and in his own words does not “push” parties into closing deals but rather allows for the closure on a cordial note. He is married and loves bike rides just like a true blue Bengalurean.
