Real Estate Broker Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Broker Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry, as well as a strong understanding of the local real estate market in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, and provide guidance and advice throughout the buying, selling, or renting process
• Show properties to clients and provide detailed information about the properties and surrounding areas
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients, and coordinate with other real estate agents and industry professionals to market and sell properties
• Keep up-to-date with local market conditions and trends, and stay current with relevant laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, and maintain accurate records and client files on CRM
• Continuously strive to improve and expand your knowledge and skills in the real estate industry

Requirements:

• A valid Real Estate Broker License (not mandatory) and any additional certifications
• Graduation is a must
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market (North Bengaluru will be a plus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have – Two wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid Driver’s License
